| Encenillo Tree Weinmannia Weinmannia tormentosa This is a gorgeous blooming shade tree, known to grow in South America. I bought a sapling from an elderly Spanish neighbor and it took off like crazy. Unfortunately he did not have much information for me for the exception of calling it Encenillo Tree and Google has been no help for USA growing/propagating. He did give me a big hand full of seeds and his yard is littered and shaded with dozens of volunteers. His oldest tree is about 20 years old and huge. I one year old is already over 3 feet tall. So I am going to see if I can sprout new my seeds and fill my yard with much needed shade here in Arizona. Any info would be appreciated. | Seeds, Plants | (PlantFiles) |
