Annona Muricata
Giant semi- fiberless of good flavor for drink and fresh eating. Fruit giant and perfectly symetrical. Truly tropical and will die back from a freeze. Truly cold sensitive even at 40 degree. Need proctection in zone 10A. Seed germination percentage is horrific low with grow at glacier pace. Does not like wet feet but quite resistant to scale and hungry neighboors. Sensitive plant, seem to thrive on wood ash or maybe volcanic ashes being from Borneo.

Annona Reticulata
Better of selection of the many colorful variety out there, trees can be often gangly and does not like wet flood soil. Prone to mask bandit raids and a lovefest pad for fruit flies. Slow germinaton, but cold resistant to zone 9b and above. Grow is rapid after the first year and thrive on neglect; seem to be quite drought resistant.

Annona Senegalensis
Strain from Department Fatick, Arrondisement Fimela, village of Yayem. Practically thrive in the salt sandy loam in the Sine- Saloum. Goat and neglect resistant. Best germination is through a cow stomach otherwise germination can be notorious like Nile Lotus.

Drought resistant but not Lawn Ninja resistant. Better selection of the Thai Lessard Improved greenish white on ripening. Super high germination of 90 percent event after nine months. Will fruit in a year and a half from seed, productive large fruit.

Hardy put slow grower of 3-4 inch red fruit with pink overtone. Great Variation with some dwarf and some truly large plants, never the less a berry merry fruit. Will bear two years from seed. Some friends prefer it over Thai or Vietnamese Varieties. Best grown in zone 9B & above.

Drought resistance, resistance to mealy scale bug and bear later into winter. Cold resistant up to zone 9 and tend to be starchy sweet, skin ripening to beige yellowish rather than green. Bumber crop in N. Orlando Florida uncle's house. Wife's favorite. Breed and thrive in gated community. Lush green large leaf tall tree up to 20 feet and nice set round fruit than the Thai Lessard Green.

Annona Squamosa
Survived Hurricanes & Wilma, the most drought, Lawn Ninja, cold & heat resistants of any of my cultivars I have developed or selected over a decade and a half. Thrive on coquina rock and neglect, the most resistant to ambrosia beetles after a deadly cold snap. Fruit tree is small but produce large well shape and of course it is a starchy sweet like most Vietnamese variety.
