Fuchsia growers - I have a question?

I overwintered 2 Fuchsia plants this past year. Just about the time I was ready to put them back outside, Whamo! White flies. I have tried a couple of things with no luck. Anyone have a good recommendation? My next choice was to use Advanced 3-in-1 systematic and see if that works.
