Im located in Maricopa AZ, these birds are around here this time of year or at least only time I have seen them. They fly in flocks and seem to be choreographed

My GUESS would be Cave Swallow - Petrochelidon fulva
I looked them up and they sure do look like those.... when they are flying around you can't see any of the reddish color on them ...
Cliff Swallows, I'd say most (if not all) fledged juveniles, presumably waiting for incoming parents with food.
