BEE's buzzing lots HELP???

I have a fake window that has shutters fixed and closed. The bees have come to live behind it and the brick and the shutters. How do i kill them or get them to leave. I had to pay hundreds of dollars last year for the same crap. Why do they keep coming back to same spot. Cant they go to some other house!!! Please do you have any ideas??? I don't know where else to post.
