OK - I know I read a thread here somewhere about sweet potatoes, but I can't seem to find it now. Attaching a picture of my slips that I have started. I assume they are big enough to plant, but that's as much as I know - lol.
Do I snap the slips off and plant those? How deep to plant? How to know when they are ready to harvest? Do they grow under the ground like potatoes? Any help would be most appreciated!!
