All of this traipsing around after birds I'm finally starting to lose some weight...you all are helping me get healthy!

It seems like you and I both discovered Eastern Kingbirds at the same time. However, I'm not losing weight, okay fest up. I'd like to have the secret to losing weight. lol. Congrats on your new bird, 3gardeners.

hehehe..my secret? a dead battery in my car. Once I get a boost I can't shut it off. This means I have to walk from home to where the birds are. I've walked in past to lose weight, on the roads, but all I ever got was sore knees. This walking through fields and woods and marshes looking for birds is working wonders!!
