My front flowerbed has 3 Blue Mexican Petunias behind two White Mexican Petunias. One of the whites didn't come back after winter and now my flowerbed is lopsided. I was going to post a picture but I don't have any current ones.
WANTED: One White Mexican Petunia
Can you separate the others? I have never seen white. They are so pretty but a guy gave me the 6 ft one , It is purple and I do not recommend. You can hardly get rid of it except for brush killer wiped on it and nothing else.
i have planted seeds never come up..
Christine are you talking about the dwarf or the tall?
They're dwarf. I think I got the white ones from you, I know I got them at Terrye's, the blue ones came from HD before I found DG. The other white is too small to separate this year, otherwise I would. The blues are starting to spread, I'm seeing plants come up all over the area!
crissy are you talking about this plant?

if you are then dmail me as i have lots of it.
That's not it, but I think that's what is in the middle of the freeways in Little Rock, I've been trying to figure that out for 2 years! LOL Here's what I have:

lol. i stuck some up there last week. how many are there now? 1000's right? lol. these are not as bad as the blue ones but all that stuff on the plant files that says this plant requires consistently moist soil is a bunch of bull.
LOL!!! They are, they're everywhere!!!! Not blooming yet though. I wanted to get a picture last year when they were in full bloom but that's a very dangerous spot to stop and cops are everywhere as that is a major commute area almost to downtown, so I never did.
These Mexican Petunias are drought tolerant and need full sun from sunrise to sunset. I need to take out some Zennia's and Coreopsis so they can get sun.
and they need to be planted in a field of rocks. that might slow them down.
Chistine I have more short white ones but will not know which ones are white till they bloom.
LOL I don't know what anything is until it blooms :) If you're up to it Cindy, I don't want you over exerting yourself.
by the time it blooms I should be able to pack and ship it too you.
Ok, but if not don't worry about it. I'm worried about you.
