CLOSED: How do I package Allium x proliferum, Walking Onion, baby's

Aurora, IL

I am sending these to a fellow DGer and I am not sure if I should treat them like Bulbs, packing them basically like seeds, OR like a live plant, with a damp paper towel and plastic wrap. I want to be sure they get there healthy, but I don't know which is the appropriate method. I am thinking like bulbs. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Thanks...

Sorry it took me so long to find this thread, Sue...I put them into a dry paper towel for stuffing, then into a paper bag, label the bag and mail. This seems to work well...the plants are very hardy ...MaryAnn
