4 week old kitten

I have never had a kitten this young and wouldn't now but the mom is feral and won't take care of it. My question is this: what extra stuff needs to be done for a kitten this young. She has been eating bottle formula and kitten food moistened. She has a healthy appetite but she has fleas. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
