These are very bright red micro things.I don't have a picture, as these "bugs" are so small I couldn't even count the legs with my magnifier glass. There are thousands in the brick around my pool. Can't tell if they are mites, spiders, or ants. Way too small to see. Any one know anything about these. Have googled, but not getting anything!

bright mico red ant or bug
Try clover mites (Bryobia praetiosa) - these can occur in enormous numbers, and although the adult mites usually are relatively dull-colored (see http://tinyurl.com/m47k8n), the nymphs can be bright red (see http://tinyurl.com/lap3yo).
