Peter's S.T.E.M (Soluble trace Element Mixture)

Has anybody ever used Peter's S.T.E.M (Soluble Trace Element Mixture)?

I have some troublesome looking leaves that just won't green up for me now matter what I do and I thought I might try this trace element mixture to see if it works.
