Healthy Living Lifestyle Support Thread May 30 - June 6, 200

Hughesville, MO(Zone 5a)

It became a new day while I was waiting for it to load last week's thread so I could tell everyone I was starting a new one.

Pebble, is there anything back in Turkey that you just can't live without and you have no friend to sent it to you? Right now you have employment. If you leave this job & go back to Turkey even for a month or so it may not be there when you get back. He hired you because he needed the position filled. I you leave it he will need to fill it with someone else who he may keep even after you come back. In today's economy that is a really big risk factor. Plus the expense of the trip.

I'm so sorry to hear Baby B has had a tooth accident already. I pray she will heal quickly & all will be well. GOD is good and he hears the prayers for those in need of a healing touch. I'm sure your DD is upset but I pray she finds rest & peace about it.

Our blackberries are in full bloom too. We need to weed one patch and do weedeating all down the row. Thankfully the fence is raised up off the ground about 6 inches so it is easy to get the weedeater under it.

Yes, Sheila & I have been really busy. And tired at the end of each day. The rains have caused the weeds to grow so fast and some of the tiny seedlings have been washed away. I did see a lot of reseeded Cleome & Cosmos in one bed tho. The Columbine in that bed seem to have disappeared. That disappoints me. I really like the pretty blue ones from that bed. They were called Alpine Blue. I thought I had moved a few last year but those bloomed purple this year.

Susan, I'm glad to hear your diswasher is fixed. Once one gets use to using one it is hard to do without it. My last one wore out years ago & we decided to not replace it since it is a portable one & finding a place to put it was always a problem. Moving it around was hard on the vinyl too.

Sue, I don't handle hot temps well so within a couple weeks we will probably clean up the window ones and have Holly & Kyle install them. The big one in the living room just needs the outside wrapping removed.

I wonder how Anna is doing in Europe. I'm certain they are having a wonderful tho rushed time.

Vic, I'm sorry to hear you having so much rain at this time. A year ago I think you were begging the Father for rain & now you are begging HIM to stop it for a while. How fickle we humans can be. LOL

Chuck, it sounds as tho you have your hunting and fishing all planned. There will be lots of good eating at your house. I pray you wife is doing better. I think the emotional roller coaster and moonface are the hardest & most common side effects to live with.

I'm going to sleep. I'm going to try to post this & then go to bed. GOD bless & keep each of you.
