This is my latest Serama.. Named him Murphy cause I like the name.. not cause anything went wrong..
He is a love and now he has company.
He got scared of the flash, caught him at take off..

Meet Murphy
Oh, Hello, Murphy! He's adorable, ZZs.
Thank you Sandy.. can't hardly see his face..
I gotta go play Photo Studios.. I don't have enough pics..
aaawww how sweet!
lol! The kids and my DH always moan when they see me head off with the camera. "You want MORE pictures of the chickens!" They just don't get it. lol!
Argh! Pop up- take- up- your- whole- top- half- of- the- sceen- ads STINK! I cannot get rid of it to see anything but the thumbnail! NOT BUYING OFF.
Jenks - LOL glad I'm not the only one that is irritated at the OFF adds that pop onto the screen. I've learned to leave the cursor at the bottom of the screen so I don't accidentally hit it.
ZZsBabiez - That is the cutest chick I've ever seen! Even cuter than some that I had. I can't wait to see more pictures.
Hi Murph!!! You slick chick you. ZZ's you did it again! Somehow you always manage to steal the show. Haystack
He looks so tiny. How big is he compared to a bantam chick?
He is pretty small.. compared to a bantam chick, he is just a little smaller. I have a banty naked neck in there with him and he has to reach up to peck at her beak. :) He is not as small as Dot.. but a little one for sure! Already poppin around when I put my fingers in there..
Murphy is soooo sweet..actually the first pic looks like he is waving to the camera!! i love his colors..beautiful baby!!
cindy
Now I see him! Too cute!
He's adorable!!

I'm not sure I was right.. this might be a pullet!!! Sure hope so.
Haystack our gender guessing king can tell for sure. LMBO
It would be only fair to post a slightly updated photo for Haystack to study. Surely Murphy has matured a little?
Hey Porkpal!!! Guess what!!! I don't need a photo to study Murphy, He's now residing with me and we are in love. ZZ's sent me four beautiful seramas, of which Murph is one. She also sent me eight modern game birds, and they in one day have become the love of my life. I cannot tell you how beautiful and wonderfully tame they are. I open the cage and they are all over you. My beautiful wife is intoxicated with them as well. I have never seen her act so crazy with any animal, or bird like this in our entire marriage. They are so cool i am beside myself to explain how I feel. ZZ's you absolutely rock GIRL. Thank you so much and yes we will start taking pic's tomorrow. Haystack
I revived this thread so Haystack would know how old Murphy is. :)
I'm over the top happy that my babiez have such a wonderful new home... gives me joy to take with me, rather than sadness. Now if the lady at the post office could see this.. she'd know why I had tears. :)
Catscan has helped me so much too. She has a new flock of Seramas too. She is the best.
This is beautiful. Thank you Haystack, Thank you Catscan. I don't know what I'd do without you.
OK Catsy: I will be expecting some pic's here with you and your new flock, and yes we will post some with us and our new flock also. Do we have a deal Catsy??? Say Yes, Catsy say yes!!!
I forgot to send out the invitations! We have had a virtual chicken party all morning starting at seven and it just ended at eleven, I drove nails through several 12inchx12" pieces of 3/4" ply wood and stuck several ears of corn on them with some cucumbers, and zucchini of which they all love. I put out four large container of cottage cheese, and two dishes of brown long grain rice. And it was a riot watching them trying to decide what they wanted the most. We grow all our own vegies so the only cost was the cottage cheese, and rice. About 25 bucks total, but it was a blast and I think they must have enjoyed it also. There were about forty birds involved and I felt like the master of the school yard. No fights as there was enough for all. We wanted to welcome ZZ's flock to their new home. What fun. Haystack
Darn! Sorry I missed it.
