I'm going to start us a new thread. I really wish we could keep these threads, especially the ones with lots of photos, down to about 100-150 posts as a courtesy to those who don't have DSL.
The old thread is here

Some new photos from today and yesterday. This peony is the prettiest very pale pink, almost white.
May/June flowers
Hart,
Is the peony Sarah Bernhardt? I have Sarah in my garden and this is the first year I had an exuberance of blooms and buds. Looks beautiful.
Wonderful pics Hart.
It looks like SB but it came without a tag so I'm not sure what it is. It has big blooms.
Thanks, Jen. It sure is nice to see flowers again, isn't it?
What are those self sowing flowers, Jen? They're pretty. I love that columbine. That rose is really pretty too.
Hart, I was going to ask Jen the same question. Looks like Evening scented phlox (the 4 petaled white flowers) and toad flax (the purple and yellow snap dragon like flowers). Can't wait to hear from Jen, If tthe one is ESP she will be outside sniffing, they are heavenly!
Nice pics Jen! That columbine is awesome.
Wind, I don't think I ever saw any of my dogs bother the cocoa mulch when I used it. I did have a seal point Siamese that just loved to roll in it, till he smelled like a fresh air ride thru Hershey. If you pet the cat, (not an option) you'd crave chocolate. LOL Ric
Ric, I used to use cocoa mulch too, never seen a dog, mine or any dogs running loose bother it. I would not use it now as Mary Chris, my little holy terror will munch on anything, loves to chew up OSP vine. I am careful what plants I put out that might be in her reach.
She's the blond one on the left.
I lost the ID of the azaleas I did cuttings of, and not all of them have bloomed, so who knows what's what until they bloom... I did lots of cuttings of this one, but there's only one small one of this kind blooming this year. Some are a lot easier to propagate than others.

Jen, Your wild flowers are lovely and that Iris is spectacular. I can smell that rose from here. Ahem, I'm seeing lots of interesting things there for the "Garden Objects" thread!!
Hart, Each rose is lovelier than the next, love the Dr. Huey. Ther other two are pretty neat also. The color on that Dutch Iris is beautiful
