Indoors

Bend, OR(Zone 5a)

Today I finally hoped for the best and moved most of my outdoor plants...outdoors.

Then I found myself with bare shelves. This cannot be.
A trip to Freddie's cured that.

I got
1 orchid
1 jasmine
1 dieffenbachia
1 jade
1 prayer plant
1 philodendron
1 ? (actually it resembles mj but the leaves are fatter and shiny. )

The jasmine smells divine!!!!

My seedling shelves only have the dahlias I am going to clone left ..I might have to tear them down soon. I still have 5 gal buckets of dahlias.....

lol - could your "?" be false aralia?

Naked shelves - indeed! I keep a watchful eye on my growing unit & have commented on how bare it will look when all the babies go outside. I am definitely in the mood for some flowering houseplants. Like I'm going to have time!

Nice additions! Only one question.....where are you going to put your "indoor" outdoor plants this fall and/or next spring? I see new shelves coming on........... :P

And when are you going to put your inside plants outside where they can enjoy a little wind, sun, and rain? That's what I do with most of mine.

Yikes!

Nothing to yike about. Just slowly acclimate them to the conditions. Trust me they will love it and you will too.

I put the plants I winter over in the jacuzzi room out the other day. Angel wing begonias, aparagus fern, christmas cactus, oxalis, tuberose begonias, guess that's it. Nothing in the jacuzzi room at all. Love it that way. Oh and a flowering maple.
