Awesome bloom, when I first saw it I thought it was a double until I enlarge the image, I like the ruffles it has on the petals. Great photo stplong.

Nice photo stplong. Magic Moments is a double bloom, but even the "doubleness" of the bloom can vary quite a bit. The color and the size of the bloom can vary quite a bit also. Some of the blooms, as you will see, will have much more brown coloration in them. I have had "Magic Moments" for around a year now. I noticed one recent change I made might be making a big difference, but it's still a bit early to tell. For the first 10 months I had mine potted in full sun conditions and there was quite a bit of bud drop and the growth of the plant was very slow. The last two months I moved it to approximately 2/3 of the day sun and the plant has responded with lots of new growth and buds that seem happier. It might have nothing to do with it, but I thought I'd just pass along my experiences with this cultivator.

I know what you mean, I have had the same experience with some of mien from bloom to bloom. I also think they like 2/3 of day radder than the whole day of sunshine, my hib seem to love it.
