Love that beautiful soft yellow, Tropicman. Hope it's a multiple bloomer for your garden this year.

Thanks,It has bloomed many already, just getting a picture of it finally.
The photo really doesn't do the flower justice, for it has pink to salmon on the edges of the flower, where the petals fall under the petals of each other.

That's a perfect bloom Tropicman, just gorgeous and your right about photos, they really don't do justice to the hibiscus blooms but they still looks beautiful in photos anyway so I must imagine how wonderful they are in person.

Thanks Wilfred,
So true!
I grow many tropical hibiscuses, over wintering, they drop so many leaves from the lack of good sunlight, even though I have them in a greenhouse.
When I bring them out in April,it takes 60 days or more for them to put on new leaves and then the cycle of flowering will begin.
This spring has been a very cold and wet one,so getting those new leaves and flowers has
been slow, but coming! Days are starting to warm up so I hope to have a string of flowers here shortly!

Nice photo Tropicman. Hope you have an explosion of blooms this summer.

Thanks
I hope so too!
Back atcha, but you probably have them year round down there!

Yeah, that's true that they bloom year round down here in the tropics. I'll bet they bloom more often for you, than me, in the summer. They bloom best down here from October-May.

Yep that's when they bloom here the best!
