CLOSED: Western Kingbird?

I couldn't get a photo of the back of this bird, but was wondering if anyone could identify it for me please? I believe it may be a Western Kingbird, but am not sure.

Yep!

Note the white sides to the tail, useful to tell it from Cassin's Kingbird, which has a white tip to the tail instead.
