Hi -
I am looking EVERYWHERE for "Optimara Centennial" and was hoping someone could help me.
This violet was introduced in 1992 to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the African Violet. My mother gave me this violet way back then and it was my very first one. Not knowing anything about violets at that time, I (so very sadly) accidentally killed it . It was (and still is) of great sentimental meaning to me - as my mother means THE WORLD to me. I have been looking around the internet and have had no luck finding it. I'm new to "Dave's Garden" and was thrilled to find an AV forum. If any of you have this violet, or know someone who does, PLEASE let me know.
Thank you so much...
Sincerely,
~ Natasha
