I can hardly believe the way my Clematis are blooming this year!! Maybe it's because of all the rain we got last year...maybe all the compost I've been adding each Spring is finally kicking in...maybe it's the coffee grounds......maybe it's just a good year for Clematis!!!...

They are beautiful - but the sad thing is, I don't have any that you are showing :-( I have to quit looking at this forum. I have tripled my clematis' this year and now you are showing some I don't have ordered - and I am running out of places for them.
Oh good - I do have multiblue.
I do agree with you - mine too seem to have bloomed better this year.

Carnaby and Vivian Pennell are both about 5 years old.
Toki and Multi Blue are both 2 to 3 years old.
