Well they're not babies anymore. They are girly girls. They spend more time on my lap than my cat does. And they follow me absolutely everywhere, lol. They go out to the backyard with me, and one of them dug up a worm today. The other one wanted it and chased her. Claire ran , with the wiggly worm in her beak, and Alice was right behind her. They ran from the back yard, through the house, fighting over the worm, then back out to the back yard, lol. We are working on their outside house, because having them sitting up on my lap for 2 hours, flying up on my bed, and fighting over the odd rubber band they find is just not ok anymore. But they are the loves of my life.
Update on my babies
I have to get my husband and son to get this outside house done. I am getting rather tired of doing "poopy duty". If anyone knows how to potty train a chicken, please share. They just seem to go whenever the spirit moves them, and it seems to move them all the time, lol. I'm running out of Kleenex and baby wipes.
You need to check out the house chicken group.. they have lots of "tissue" replacement ideas.. LOL
