Follow these instructions to receive your Spectracide rebate:
1.Purchase any two Spectracide products (excluding Spectracide Wasp & Hornet products, Spectracide Tank Sprayer, and Spectracide Backpack Sprayer) between 3/1/09 and 9/30/09.
2.Print the completed rebate form.
3.Locate the original or photocopy of dated, store-identified cash register receipt (or original same-date rebate receipt).
4.Circle the Spectracide items purchased on the receipt.
5.Double check that the UPC code number has been recorded on rebate form.
6.Mail your completed rebate form, and original store receipt in an envelope and mail to the address below:
