I know we have some awesome crock pot threads on here. We need one for desserts, dontcha think?

I found a few websites with dessert recipes but want to hear some tried and true ones. With my oven shot it would be nice to make desserts in the crock pot. Since I got the crock pot I don't seem to care if I fix the oven, but sure miss the desserts!!
