Red Haven peach

I planted a Red Haven peach tree about a month ago. It's 5 ft. tall. So far it doesn't have leaves, but I'm not ready to admit it's dead. What do you think?

Scrape the bark and see if you see any green.

If it is under warranty, I would put in for a replacement now.
