I just wanted to touch base and see if I'm leaving anyone out that I'm suppose to be bringing something to???
I have Trishann down for Daylilies and Irises.
Patrob- Irises and Daylilies.
DdeTex Iris and Daylilies.
Maggie and Ken- Irises and Daylilies.
Did I promise anyone else anything? I tried to keep my trades down so that if I was not able to make the R U I would not disappoint too many folks. Thankfully I no longer have to work on the weekends and this is do able.(big GRIN).
I will bring some other plants and stuff to share with others. Hopefully some of you will have some extra stuff that your are going to bring that I can trade for once we get there.

I understand that the rain is to come in late in the afternoon and into Sunday. So we might get the RU rain free depending on how late we go.
Lovelyiris, I'm one that doesn't normally make all these online trades b/c I usually have 47 other things going on @ the same time including being Treasurer for STNGA. (Ck that out on Google)
So, you look for me & Smock & we have some things that have not been mentioned, at least that I have seen.
I'm an old biker chick (yes, I ride my own) & for over 30 yrs, we have had a saying! We've been wet before!!!!!!!!
Some yrs, I even have to say that about the Indy 500 which I am leaving for Tuesday @ 5am!!! You know all roads lead to Indy in the month of May!!!

come rain or shine we will be there and if DD is going to be there early we will have the larger pavilion so we should do fine and rain is good for the plants anyway I have a couple of umbrellas if needed to move the plants from the cars to our spot ...and umm last I knew none of us were sugar so we won't melt..... yeah Becky your one of the ones that will say you are but I know better LOL
DD- I know, I know (hanging my head in shame)...on the bright side, it really is a good thing that I (we) didn't come last year. I'm sure you've heard how hard we had to struggle to keep stuff alive- what with the drought/no well, and the living in two places this last year. We lost more than I care to comment on :( Wayne is still waiting for his containers back for trees that we got last year! They are still in pots beside the house!! Never fear- we'll all come and raid your gardens here very shortly *grin*
Phylliss, how about some dayliles? I hear you have some pretty ones. I will bring plenty of morning glories and I will have lots of extra goodies also.
I am so proud to say that the last item was dug and potted up today. I am ready to load up Friday night. I have never done this so far in advance before. Last week's RU nearly killed me getting all of the stuff ready. I thought I had it pretty well together until I started with my list. I decided that this RU, I was going to start off without being exhausted from last minute work.
As the old saying goes "stick a fork in me, I'm done."

I will see if I can get some more bagged up for you, but no promises. It is hard as the dickens to make myself go out in the sun and dig that stuff and fill the bags. It hit 92 here today. I am bringing a bag for the prize though, so you have that opportunity for sure. I already have that one ready to go.

For those of us that are coming a 'furr" distance, all weather updates are always welcomed!!!
you are most welcome as I know it is a concern and I have learned how rain down here is like first snow fall up north for driving (meant as a joke ) in east texas....not a rain goes by that there isn't' at least 1if not more accidents due to others not slowing down and being careful and I don't' want anythign to happen to my extended family coming to the RU
now off to bed I go sleep well everyone ..have to make someone her bread tomorrow LOL
