I live in Merced CA (Central Valley) and photographed this bird in several different locations. The pix are not exactly great, but really cannot i.d. this bird absolutely. Thought at first it was a Western Kingbird, but after closer inspection perhaps some sort of flycatcher???? Please help and thank you. I do have several other shots if needed.
This is the incorrect photo...please disregard. I don't know how to remove this i.d. request in the forum. I do believe that this is a Western Kingbird. Sorry for the mixup.

First is Ash-throated Flycatcher, second is Western Kingbird.
