Tall Bearded Iris 'Forgiven'
Hi there - this doesn't look like First Reunion, which is a much deeper pink with very distinct shoulders. At first glance, it actually looks like FORGIVEN (which I'd love to have, BTW - lost mine). If you have the AIS checklists, I think you can see the description for First Reunion doesn't quite match this beauty. puttytat
Thank You, I was not sure to begin with, I will check the Checklist.
If the photo needs to be moved to a different entry, just let us know. Thanks!
I did a little more checking, and I have to agree that it doesn't look like 'First Reunion' and looks more like 'Forgiven'.
Have you gotten a chance to review your records to see if it could possibly be in the wrong entry?
Go ahead and move it to Forgiven, I will change it in my records. Thank You
I'll move the photo over to that entry, but if you could research your records to make sure it is actually 'Forgiven', that would be great. Perhaps you remember where you purchased it and can check?
when I received this one, I was not into keeping records at that time, I wished I would have, now I do. I did check the AIS checklist and it does fit the description, the beard in the picture on Daves looks a bit more orange, but perhaps the iris was not all the way open, I will check on it next season.
I think that a good idea for the AIS checklist would also be to display a photo with the description, that is what I like about the HIPS site. I think it would help alot of individuals indentify iris, Thank Goodness for Dave's, LOLO
