Can anybody with MSN help me? ; (

Sunday mornign before I left for church was on the computer and was on Dave s and had one of these boxes coem up that said internet exploer has encountered a problem and needs to close.

I finishes what I was working on shut the computer down and was gone for the day.

When I got home later that night I turne d computer on, clicked on MSN. The little butterfly flaps it wings and whiel it wil connect me to the computer it wil not sign me into MSn or brign up MSN, which is my hoem page and server.

I even tried googlign adn went to MSN. com from there and tried to sign and all I keep gettign is this box that keeps comign up that says that either their is somethign wrong with the provider or my internet connection.

I tried callign the one 1800 numebr and after spending 45 minute s screamign into the phone at a automated machine that keep sayign it didn't understand my answers, finally got an agent, but then couldn't hear the person at all. Just heard a bunch of faitn whispering. Got mad and hung up.

I am very computer illiterate.

I trie d to do a system restore back to like last thursday, but after the computer rebooted, it said it couldn't do it.

I don't know what else to do. I don't have a MSN disk. I have been with MSN for about 8 years and this is the first time had a problem like this.

I have dial up and only have one line. If on puter can't be on phone and visa versa.

I have no ide a what else to try. an't get my MSN email or messenger.
