When I try to print I get" The print spooler is not running

How to I get that to work, I did it once a very long time ago and don't remember how. It also asks if I want to install the printer. This just started to happen this afternoon and for the life of me, I can figure it out. The printer kept printing the same two pages over and over and now I have a stack of about 100 pages of the same article.

Can anyone help me? Please.
