PVC High Tunnels

Lawrenceville, GA(Zone 7b)

Anyone have a resource for plans for a PVC high tunnel preferably with roll up sides?

We are clearing some more land on our place to expand production and would like to get some input on plans we could use. Looking to build from scratch rather than purchase an kit to save costs. Looking for at least a 96 foot length.

Thanks

I guess the only problem with PVC is that it degrades in sunlight - but under plastic it might do well?

My master gardener group put one up a little bit ago - I'll ask and see if there were plans involved.

You might want to consider chain link 1&3/8” top rail. I bet that is not much more expensive than 1&1/2” PVC and would be stronger and would not deteriorate the poly. You can purchase a bender fairly cheap or I can give you the radius so that you can make one out of wood. It’s not hard to do and you will have a better product.

Really:

I thought Metal would be expensive. I will price it out
