Hi from Cape May, NJ !!!

Hi Everyone. I'm spending a few days vacationing in Cape May which is the southern most tip of New Jersey.

I just came back from a Bird Walk which was headed by Pete Dunne. We had a great time and saw so many birds!

We saw at least 58 different species and I have many new birds to add to my Life List.

One of the most exciting ones was (3) Swallow-tailed Kites!!!

Right after that 2 Bald Eagles flew over us.! I got 28 new birds on my list in just 2 hours!!!

It was such a wonderful time!!

Anyway I just wanted to pop in and tell you about it and say hello!

Were you able to get pics, or what it strictly for watching birds?

I wasn't able to get any pics of the flying birds on the walk due to overcast conditions and then rain but I'll post a few pics of standing birds later.
