I thought it was an Albino White-winged when I saw it, but the eyes are the wrong color. Maybe a Eurasian collared? They're not very common around my house, but maybe? This was a big dove. She looked bigger than a White-winged that was flashing his tail at her.
Too pale for Collared Dove. I'd say an escaped Barbary Dove (fairly commonly kept in captivity)

Shoot, I just looked them up and it said that a single Barbary Dove will rarely survive in the wild. I have been trying not to feed the doves, but now, I may have to!
