Do you have an awesome recipe I could do on them? I've got 2 pds of boneless chops but don't have to use that much, depending on the recipe.

I was going to do a crock recipe on them but after a terrible weekend experience cooking ribs in a crock I no longer want to try them in there. We ended up pitching the ribs. So I need a meat we can eat now. LOL.

I need something figured out by tonight!
