Does ANYONE have recipes using dehydrated vegetables and fruits? I want to know how to rehydrate them and recipes on how to use them in cooking. Also, I live on the Gulf Coast and HURRICANE SEASON is coming up soon. Lots of times we have no electricity and must cook on a 1 burner propane stove after a hurricane, as this no electricity period sometimes lasts for a month or more. I need recipes for one pot meals for this burner just in case. That's what I want to use the dehydrated veggies and fruits for.............. stove top meals.
