CLOSED: Northern Parula?

I hope you can help. This little guy wouldn't keep still so I could get a real good shot, but I think it is a Northern Parula?

it was picking at a robin's nest. 3-4" in length.

Looks like a Parula to me. Did you hear it sing? You can compare the vocalization to the recorded here:
