I am now 51 years old and never had any major headaches in my life. This changed dramatically yesterday, when I woke up in the morning with a one sided headache. It took over the entire head during the day and was so strong, that I thought I am going to die. Later in the afternoon I also found myself in an extreme dizziness (everything rotated and I couldn't walk any more), cold sweat, although the A/C was on, and my stomach got so upset, that I had to vomit 3 times. I didn't eat anything but a small light breakfast and there really wasn't a lot what could get vomited, but I felt so bad that I was close to pass out several times.
Today I am still a bit dizzy, but the headache is gone and my stomach seems to be ok too.
Was that a migraine? I never had one before and am wondering why I got this now in my age.
Though I didn't have a light or noise sensitivity and didn't have a visual aura before it started.
Or could it be the weather that was triggering this? It was hot and extremely humid yesterday with overcast. But I am living here since years and never had any problems before with that kind of weather.
Was this a migraine or what?
