Looking for a Texas native

Tolleson, AZ(Zone 9a)

I am looking for Manfreda longiflora . Does anyone have a source for this?

La Grange, TX(Zone 8b)

You may not be able to find it as it's a rare and endangered species. htop has provided some information about it in this link. You might try contacting the Botanical Gardens in San Antonio in case they ever sell any. Or they may know a source.

if you need more M maculosa I got tons--I'll be happy to send some after the 15th. I sent Rodica some phlox a week or so ago. Remember when the gopher's got yours I told you I had a lot. They really need homes--I have to many of them.

You have d-mail

I'll dig some phlox for you this weekend and let it sit in a pot for a couple of weeks. Then I'll send both of them together. they don't mind travelling with friends. ;)

edited to add that Rodica is lusting after some of my Cape oxalis collection (what i have enough of to give away) and I can probably send her's out at the same time. Do you want any more Texas native Oxalis drummondii? those are going down now and I can throw some in the box--rodica does catch the shipping. I've also got too many Polianthes geminiflora's too. I need to reduce some of my personal collection--just too many.

we don't have to take this to dmail--its your thread ;)

by the way Marie--be patient and give Dylan a couple of days to reply to your email. he may be in/near that fire area in CA; but he will reply as soon as possible.

I've met him at IBS symposiums--but its been a couple of years. He didn't make the one last year and I didn't make the one this year.
