with the exception of Tops I haven't been able to find a vendor with a good selection of fragrant tropical seeds - anyone have any good suggestions?

Oh my - you certainly went above & beyond answering my question!! Thank you so much for the info! I'm sure everyone will benefit from this! I never expanded my search beyond US nurseries :-)
Bec, There used to be an incredible nursery in Thailand selling hundreds of fragrant plants but being wholesale, 100 plants of one type, no matter what the cost, was beyond anyone not in The Business! But despite spending ages hunting for it tonight, I cant find it...Something like Meyer & Mongol or Merys & Monkol... Not that it was relevant to your question as it did not sell seeds, but their list of hundreds of plants had excellent descriptions for each one of them, and being a 'fragrant' lover, I learnt an anormous amount from this site.
