I don't know when to plant rasberries, wine seedless grapes --garden items--melons, squashes,cucumbers. herbs etc.

There are lots of knowledgable people on this forum who will have ideas for you. But you might also post on the Rock Mountain Gardening forum, if you haven't already. I'm not sure what your elevation is, but they might be able to more closely give you an idea of when "spring" truly comes.
