We live a couple of miles from each other and I promised her some Japanese Maples.
Hello Tilly, you out there? Doing ok?
Where is Tilly?
That is good to know. She was so regular when I last posted, I was hoping that she is ok.
Hello, Neo
I'm kinda here in and out. My big puter went down and I have been on my laptop, have my own problems on top of that. Work plus/////
I just have'nt been in the mood to share anything as yet.kinda lost so to speak.. Cna't share pics ( I hate that)
Yes I am still intersted in the maples.
I like face book because I can play and not think LOL
We buried my son's dog today, we are all sad. Not sure what happen to him but He had to put him down. The Vet had no idea as to why.
Oh no, that poor gangly puppy dog. I guess things can happen. Did he get hurt some way? So sorry life has been hard for you. We need a little sunshine in more ways than one.
We don't know what happen, think it was some kind of poison, not sure.
That's terrible. I'm so sorry.
Have more, was not poison. had a neurological disorder, at lest we think. not sure,
I am so sorry to hear about your dog. Good to hear it was not poison, that would just add an extra dimension to the loss, wondering who could have done such a hateful thing.
I love your whimsy! Here's something fun: my son bought me rabbit house shoes for my birthday. They are huge! The wild thing is that they have open mouths with lots of teeth. If you have ever seen the Monty Python episode with the killer white rabbit, well these were made to look like it.
I am afraid that if I wear them around the house, they'll scare the cat to death! ;)
tills, I'm so sorry to hear about the dog - but I am sure you gave him a lovely place to rest in. We will have to think of what plants to put around the site. Sun or shade?
Neo - my husband had rabbit slippers when the terrier was a pup - you have never heard such growling and p*ssed-offness! That dog was out to kill, and they now reside in his toy box - a mere shred of their once fine rabbitness - one still has a recognizable ear, and we can still wind the dog up with it. Hmmmm, terriers.
sorry about the puppy Tils. He was a cutie. Take care of yourself.
Tills so sorry to hear about the loss of your son's puppy. The death of a beloved pet is so difficult. It is nice that he had such a loving home while he was here.
I'm so glad to see your posts! Was wondering what happened to you!
Thanks all, was a sad day for my son, the pup was only 9 mos old. and his only friend.
I found a speical place for him, its in full sun and my son is in to gotic type things LOL but any way. This little part of the yard can be his.
I was thinking of planting my Whitch hazel near him, with a Garoloye ( have no spell check) He (son) likes that idea, we will see.
Laurie any other ideas????
Neo would like to see a pic of the shoes.
Alot of things going on, mostly not good LOL I have tryed to keep up as best I could. Losing my big puter was hard, but it works when it wants. I hate the Lap Top, I have to retype all the time cause the curser keeps moving around. end up with have the words somewhere else.
I'm off to bed, will send more later.
Hugs to all
Tills, I am so sorry for the loss of your son's dog friend. Is he going to get a new dog? That always helps to ease the pain of such a loss. The "replacement" pet will have so much love to give.
Glad to have you back with us! Take care.
Tills - XOX, hugs.

Mary, I'm so sorry for your loss. It must be doubly hard for your son, especially with no diagnosis. My heart goes out to him. But remind him that Bale had 9 months of love and people to look out for him. Even Heaven needs to have some puppies.
I think the Witchhazel with a little Gargoyle is a great idea. It will do a lot of good for you both to heal. Make sure your son gets to do the work of planting and creating the garden so he can get the maximum benefit of it.
Kathy
How about some black plants? Black mondo grass? I have several pots full if you would like some. Or some black japanese stones?
I'll take a photo of the rabbit slippers with teeth.
Mary, you can get a wireless mouse for your laptop pretty inexpensively. That may help with the mouse problems you're having.
RIght now, though you can change your mouse setting so it responds to your movements at whatever speed you like. The mouse settings are in the control panel (click Start > Settings > Control Panel and then double-click on Mouse. Click on the pointer options Tab at the top of the window that opens up. At the top is the motion section, which allows you to slow down or speed up the pointer).
Kathy
Tills your columbine seeds are growing well - I am so excited about them!
Give your son hugs from us.
You are all so sweet.
Son is sitting here right now, he loves the idea's. And Neo he likes both, noe to deside.
Kathy, I have the mouse, but never tryed to change it Will do. Thanks for the tip.
Thanks Willow for keeping them safe.
So sorry about the puppy Tills. But glad to hear from you^_^ {{{{hugs}}}}
