I still have 2 pair in my yard. There has been reports of breeding in Lanco, Chesco, Schuykill and Montco counties. I'm starting to wonder if my pair are nesting somewhere.

I learn so much from DG. I spotted a couple of these over the weekend. I always looked and thought they were finches, as they are mixed in with the assortment of finches we have.

One was facing the window and I noticed the speckled breast and looked with the binocs. Now I see them every day. Funny what we miss when we don't look closely.
