Looking for curry chicken salad recipe 3 Rivers Cookbook

A friend called me hoping she gave me her recipe from her Three Rivers Cookbook (30 yrs old) for Chicken curry salad w/ green grapes and waterchestnuts. I had one similar but she is determined to find the original. Anyone?
