northern waterthrush or rose-breasted grosbeck or song sparrow
did I get any of my guesses right?
And can you tell me why it's the bird you name please I'm really trying to get this stuff right!
Thanks to all who are helping me out there.
CLOSED: Central Florida
Palm Warbler - note the thin bill (not too easy to see on this pic!), the rufous crown, buffy eyebrow, dark line through the eye, weakly streaked breast, and yellowish base to the tail
Northern Waterthrush is much more boldly streaked below and doesn't have the rufous or yellowish; Rose-breasted Grosbeak has a huge pink bill, Song Sparrow also has a thick bill.
Resin
thank you so much for the online lesson.
