I left eggs soaking in water overnigt, are they ok to eat?

I left fresh "dirty" eggs soaking in water, in a bowl, over night. Are they ok to refrigerate and eat now?

Can't believe I forgot to wash them before I went to bed.... :-[

I don't think I would. I do forget and leave hard boiled eggs in the water I used to cool them and there is always extra water in the eggs when I peel them, so the shell is permeable. I do eat them--but they have been boiled and put in fresh water...I would be afraid to do it with raw dirty eggs.

I'd cook them down and feed them to my chickens. Won't hurt them either way!

Oh yes, dont waste them. Crush them up cooked. It would be a great treat for your chickens. :)
