Not sure about this one. Maybe an immature Painted Bunting, but does not look quite right.

I'd go fo female Painted Bunting - the green tail and fairly short bill counts out female Scalet Tanager, which is the 2nd-best option (given that size is hard to judge here; the tanager is much larger than the bunting)

It was Bunting size....I thought it a bit too colorful for a female, but it is later than I usually see them. I was pretty sure it was a Painted Bunting, thanks.
