Pretty Carnosa

I don't know if this is a regular carnosa or just a new
cultivar of it. I love the deep pink around the edges.

This is a pic of the back of the leaves - even prettier.
Enlarge it to see how pink the edges are.

Looks to me like DS-70 -? Is it by any chance an EA hoya?

It's very nice though.

I have to agree with Hills; looks like DS-70. It is a very healthy looking plant - very Nice!

Oh, it IS an EA. I never really wanted a DS-70 but I never
saw one either!

The leaves make it worth it. Man! They are gorgeous.

If you grow it in the sun or very bright light, the leaves will get bright red. YES, DS-70

It had very, very bright light in the greenhouse until maybe
last week.

Since then it has hung on a tree limb and gets dappled light.
I wonder what other ones can handle stronger light?

I could sure give it. I used to grow my lauterbachii in full sun
and it never hurt it in any way.

Maybe that subcalva needs it brighter too.

Eriostemmas LOVE full sun!!!

I have mine hanging on the East side of my front porch and the darn leaves are just getting bleached out by the sun! I was certainly looking forward to the "red" leaves Carol promised! :)

Try bright light, indirect. Not full on sun.

This is the side that gets bright light a couple of hours a day.
