Help id'ing a new bird

A new bird showed up today. I've never seen an Indigo bunting, but this appears to me to be an immature male. Am I correct?

Got a new bird yesterday as well, but no pic- Eastern Wood Pee Wee.

This little fella was in and out of the yard all day. Would fly in off the creek and feed awhile and then fly back. It gets a little crowded and rowdy out there at times, but he held his own.
