CLOSED: Prothonotary Warbler?

Rockport, TX(Zone 9a)

This picture is taken late in the day, before a storm and through a screen, so terrible and yet best one that I got of this bird. We thought it was a Prothonotary Warbler, but saw another bird that was also similar in one of the bird books. I can't find that bird now. What do you think? Prothonotary?

This may be the same bird although I didn't make the connection at the time. It was stormy dark, sorry for the bad pic.

First is definitely Prothonotary; not sure about the second, probably something different.

Thinking back, I think the second one was larger. At the time, I wondered if it was a female Summer Tanager. It was as hard to see it through the binoculars as it is to see it through these pictures though.

Thanks for the ID on the first one!

Could well be Summer Tanager, though not definitely so.
