CLOSED: Blackburnian Warbler?

Elphaba Rockport, TX(Zone 9a) Apr 26, 2009

I was at a friend's weekend home that they call "the camp" on the San Jacinto River (at the end of a road, on the river and in deep woods) and saw this bird. We thought it was a Blackburnian Warbler, but I hoped y'all would confirm. Neither of us had seen one before. I have a few more pics.
